Villa Bellevue ist ein stilvoll gestaltetes Feriendomizil auf der griechischen Insel Euböa. Das Anwesen, herrschaftlich auf einem Hügel gelegen, bietet einen einmaligen Blick auf die Bucht von Styra und auf das gegenüber liegende Festland. Die Fahrzeit vom internationalen Flughafen Athen beträgt nur eineinhalb Stunden. Das großzügig ausgelegte Obergeschoss der Villa offeriert bis zu sechs Gästen einen exklusiven, unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

illa Bellevue is a stylishly designed summer residence on the Greek island of Evia. The property, set high on the hill with glorious panoramic views over Styra bay and across to the mainland, is only one and a half hours away from Athens International Airport. The top floor of the villa has all the facilities to provide for a wonderful high quality self- catering holiday for up to six people.

Prices are for the villa apartment on the top floor per week quoted in EURO. The villa apartment is bookable for weeks or months. All reservations must be guaranteed with a non-refundable down payment of 50% of the rent upon confirmation. Final payment is due on arrival. Preferred change-over day is Saturday but other days can be considered and we can be flexible for a supplement.

Die angegebenen Preise gelten für das Villa- Apartment im Obergeschoss pro Woche in EURO. Das Villa- Apartment kann wochen- bzw. monatsweise gemietet werden. Nach Buchungsbestätigung wird eine Vorabzahlung von 50% des Gesamtbetrags fällig. Diese Vorabzahlung wird nicht zurückerstattet.Die Restzahlung ist nach Ankunft zu leisten. Bevorzugter An- und Abreisetag ist Samstag, aber auch andere Wochentage sind gegen einen kleinen Aufschlag möglich.
